Matthew Tell has been making functional gas and wood fired pottery for 36 years. Matt is a master potter and made throwing very large gorgeous platters look easy. He  demonstrated throwing flanged, unflanged and fluted platters. He  decorated  using white slip and drew abstract floral designs.
